This open source java servlet can be used to display random quotes using Server Side Includes (SSI) in any web page. The quotes have to be stored in a text file. It can handle numerous quote-collection through a text file. It caches the text files in memory for high speed. It allows you to display random line from a text file by embedding commands in your html documents.
