     webdaemon is a java applet that can be used in your web site to efficiently manage a user by the web master. This can calculate the rate of data transfer between the client and server and enable the web master to divert the user to another page depending on the bandwidth. But when combined with a scripting language like JavaScript, you have a powerful tool to dynamically adjust webpage content according to your client’s connection speed.
